All content, graphics, videos, and materials created by RevenueChef remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After payment, you receive all content and use the deliverables for your business purposes.
You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our work without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business, financial, and project information confidential.
This obligation remains even after the partnership ends.

7. Results and Guarantees

RevenueChef does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
Our commitment is to deliver the agreed-upon services with professional standards and good faith effort.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We may use third-party tools for analytics, automation, hosting, or communication.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, breaches, or data losses caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, following the conditions stated in your contract.
All outstanding fees and obligations remain due upon termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

RevenueChef will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
